These terms are between you and Aspire Enterprises Pvt Ltd, also trading as "Asprie" ("we", "us"), a company incorporated in India with its office at 233, F1, 8th West Street, Methanagar, Kundurathur, Chennai – 600069. Aspire Enterprises Pvt Ltd is the seller of the services, service packages and products offered on this website.
By accessing this website, submitting an enquiry or request form, or purchasing any service package, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the website and our services. Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of these terms as updated from time to time.
If you use the website on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business to these terms. If you are contracting as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age to enter into a binding contract.
We provide integrated business services including manpower supply, construction and turnkey projects, interior and exterior design, painting and waterproofing, catering and food products, digital marketing, manufacturing and supply, e-commerce support, e-Sevai and digital services, and auditing and GST support. Website descriptions are indicative; the exact scope of any engagement is confirmed in a written quotation, work order or agreement.
You must not use this website or our services for any unlawful purpose; to commit fraud, send spam or make misleading enquiries; to infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any person; to upload malware or harmful code; or to probe, scan, scrape, overload or otherwise interfere with the security or integrity of the website or its systems. All content, marks, designs, photographs, documentation and software on this website are owned by or licensed to Aspire Enterprises Pvt Ltd and remain our property. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, reverse engineer or circumvent technical limits of the website or our deliverables without our written permission. Where you supply content or materials to us, you grant us a limited licence to host and process them solely to provide the service, and you confirm you have the rights to do so.
The website and any online services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that access will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error free, and we may modify, suspend or withdraw features at any time. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Prices for published service packages are shown on our pricing page and at checkout, in the applicable currency, and may be exclusive of taxes which are calculated at checkout. Payment, billing frequency, renewals of any recurring plan, currency, taxes, invoicing, cancellation and refunds are handled by Paddle in accordance with the Paddle Buyer Terms at https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms, which apply to your purchase in addition to these terms. Custom project work quoted outside the website is invoiced according to the payment schedule set out in the relevant quotation or work order.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Our refund terms are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Refunds are processed by Paddle.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the website or to any service, in whole or in part, if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay amounts due, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our acceptable use rules. Where practicable we will give notice and an opportunity to remedy. On termination your right to use the service ends; we will make your data available for export for 30 days where reasonably possible, after which it may be deleted subject to our legal retention obligations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special losses, including loss of profits, business, data or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these terms is limited to the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You will indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from content or materials you supply, your unlawful use of the website or services, or your breach of these terms.
You may not assign these terms without our written consent; we may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition or transfer of business. Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in force. These terms are governed by the laws of India and the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
