This Privacy Notice is issued by Aspire Enterprises Pvt Ltd, also trading as "Asprie" ("we", "us"), a company incorporated in India with its office at 233, F1, 8th West Street, Methanagar, Kundurathur, Chennai – 600069. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this notice, which means we decide why and how your personal data is processed. Identity and contact data (name, company name, phone number, email address); enquiry and service data (the service you are interested in, headcount, site location, preferred start date, requirement details, chat messages and support correspondence); order data (products or service packages purchased, order reference, invoice records); technical and usage data (IP address, device and browser identifiers, pages visited and basic analytics). We do not collect or store card numbers or bank details — payment data is collected directly by our reseller Paddle.
To respond to enquiries and provide quotations, and to deliver the services or products you order — legal basis: performance of a contract or steps taken at your request. To operate, secure and improve the website and prevent fraud or misuse — legal basis: our legitimate interests in running a safe and effective business. To send service updates or marketing where you have asked for it — legal basis: consent, which you may withdraw at any time. To keep accounting, tax and statutory records — legal basis: compliance with a legal obligation.
We share personal data with: service providers and subprocessors who host our website, database, email and analytics tooling; Paddle.com Market Ltd, our Merchant of Record, for the sale of our products, order processing, subscription management, payments, tax compliance, invoicing and refunds (Paddle processes payment data as its own controller under its privacy policy); professional advisers such as accountants, auditors and lawyers; and government authorities, regulators or courts where required by applicable law. We do not sell or rent your personal data.
Some of our providers, including Paddle and our hosting and analytics providers, may process data outside India, including in the UK, EEA and United States. Where that happens we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses and equivalent contractual protections with those providers.
Enquiry and chat records are kept for up to 24 months from the last contact unless they become part of an active engagement. Contract, order and invoice records are kept for as long as required by Indian tax and accounting law (generally up to 8 years). Website analytics data is kept for up to 14 months. When data is no longer needed it is deleted or anonymised.
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, correction of inaccurate data, erasure of data, restriction of or objection to processing, portability of data you provided to us, and withdrawal of consent at any time. Write to Info@aspireenterprises.net and we will respond within one month. If you are in the UK or EEA you also have the right to complain to your local data protection supervisory authority; in India you may raise a grievance with us using the same contact details.
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls and role-based permissions on our database, restricted administrative access, and regular review of our providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.
We use strictly necessary cookies and similar storage required for the website and its forms to function; these cannot be switched off. We may also use analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. Paddle sets cookies necessary to operate checkout and to detect fraud. You can manage or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings; blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of the site from working.
